Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried
    2 small new potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In small pan, melt oil and butter.
    Stir in thyme.
    Cut potatoes in half; place in small baking pan.
    Pour oil mixture over potatoes; coat evenly.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 1.
