Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Accent tenderizer
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Slice raw meat into very thin slices.
    Mix all ingredients. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish with sauce mix.
    Layer meat in sauce, brushing tops of each layer.
    Pour remaining sauce on top.
    Marinate for 48 hours.
    Dry in 140\u00b0 oven by placing meat strips on oven rack or cake rack for about 8 hours.
