Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 medium anchovies, minced
    1/2 lemon
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    4 tsp. virgin olive oil
    6 oz. romaine lettuce
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 oz. croutons (with finely chopped garlic)
Preparation
    Combine garlic
    and anchovies.
    Squeeze lemon on anchovies. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and mustard and mix thoroughly. Add egg.
    Whisk briskly to a creamy texture.
    Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
    Mix again thoroughly so as to preserve the texture.
    Pour on the greens and mix lightly.
    Add cheese; toss the greens.
    Add croutons; toss again.
    Add fresh ground pepper.
