Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Add carrots and nuts.
Blend well.
Pour into greased and floured round cake pans (3).
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Frost.
