Aunt Joyce'S Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. powdered sugar
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    milk (for mixing pudding)
    Cool Whip
    chocolate chips
Preparation
    Bottom Layer:
    Sift flour; mix with margarine and pecans. Pour into oblong 9 x 12-inch pan and press together.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until almost brown.
    Cool.
