Onion Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. Vidalia onions
    4 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix onion which has been cooked, drained and chopped, with 3 1/2 cups cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
