Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple (unsweetened), drain and reserve juice
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix
sugar
and
flour\ttogether
and stir in pineapple juice. Mix pineapple, cheese, melted butter and sugar together.
Bake in\ta
large casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Lower temperature
to 300\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
Remove from oven and
top
with
cracker crumbs. Return to oven long enough to heat
crumbs.
Serve
warm.
