Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Heat the juice.
Add Jell-O and stir.
Melt marshmallows in hot juice.
When Jell-O and marshmallows are melted, add fruit and fold in whipped cream. Add pecans.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Refrigerate until set. Serves 8.
