Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter, melted
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk
1 pt. half and half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 boxes frozen broccoli, cooked
Preparation

Blend butter and flour in a saucepan until smooth.
Gradually add milk and half and half, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in small amount of water.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Cook until smooth.
Stir in broccoli and serve hot.
