Snow Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. milk
    1 qt. fluffy snow
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg white until fluffy.
    Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla. Keep mixture cold while you hustle out and scoop up the whitest, fluffiest snow you can find.
    Gently stir snow into flavoring and serve at once.
    Makes about 4 servings.
