Leftover Roast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. cubed cooked roast beef or more
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, corn and red pepper), thawed and drained
    4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir milk into melted cheese spread. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, 1/2 can French fried onions and the seasonings.
    Bake in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan, covered, for 1/2 hour.
    Top with Cheddar cheese; sprinkle on onions.
    Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
