Disappearing Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapples, undrained
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil; stir until moistened.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Do not beat.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in three 9 inch pans or 9 inch tube pan for 80 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Frost with vanilla frosting or serve warm or cold with Cool Whip.
    (I use sugar substitute in place of sugar.)
