Peachy Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. 1% milk
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. oats
    2 Tbsp. light margarine, softened
Preparation
    Coat a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a large bowl, with electric mixer, blend egg, 2/3 cup sugar, milk, applesauce and vanilla.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Beat at low speed 1/2 minute and at medium speed 1 minute.
    Fold in peaches and pour batter into prepared pan.
