Challah - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    6 to 7 c. flour
    2 c. water
    4 tsp. salt
    1 egg (set aside for glaze)
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Add rest of ingredients, except for flour.
    Mix.
    Add 4 cups of flour and mix.
    Add more flour to make workable dough.
    Knead.
    Put in oiled bowl and cover.
    Let rise until doubled.
