Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 1 to 2 lb. vegetables, any one of these: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, peppers, onions, squash, spinach and celery
approximately 2 Tbsp. oil (peanut oil or olive oil)
approximately 1/2 c. water
salt to taste
Preparation

Cut vegetables to bite size.
Heat the wok (use high heat). Add the oil.
Add vegetables all at the same time.
Stir and turn the vegetables so that oil will coat each piece of the vegetables. Keep stirring constantly; add salt to taste.
Add the water and cover the wok immediately to let the vegetables cook for about 5 minutes, until most of the water has evaporated.
You need to be very careful not to let all the water evaporate.
You may have to add a little more water to finish cooking.
