Cocoa Cookie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Oil bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Place egg whites in large bowl.
Beat until frothy; add oil, yogurt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add sugar and cocoa.
Mix well.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Pour in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 28 minutes. Do not overcook!
Dust with confectioners sugar and cut into squares (only 3 grams fat!!!).
