Helen Kern'S Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together; add mixture of salad oil and cold milk.
    Stir lightly until mixed.
    Round up dough and divide in half.
    Flatten each half slightly.
    Place between 2 sheets of waxed paper and roll out carefully until dough is desired thickness.
    Peel off top paper, lift pastry carefully into pie plate.
