Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slightly pounded and floured veal cutlets
    garlic
    diced scallions
    8 to 10 large mushrooms, sliced
    oil (to brown veal)
    fresh basil
    oregano
    parsley
    1/4 c. white wine
    salt and pepper
    1 can Italian tomatoes without juice (save juice), crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown veal; put in dish.
    Saute garlic and scallions.
    Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper, mushrooms and 1/4 cup wine.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Add more wine or tomato juice, if needed.
    Pour over veal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
