Barbecue(Pork Or Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water or broth (chicken or beef broth)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. white sugar (with pork)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar (with beef)
Preparation
    If making
    pork
    barbecue, a Boston butt roast is best; bake as usual.
    Use
    any
    good
    beef
    roast and bake as usual. After baking, shred or chop meat.
