Geneva Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken; roll in flour.
    Brown on both sides. Line a pan (one chicken fits comfortably in) with foil.
    After placing chicken in the pan, cover with 1/2 cup of water.
    Seal pan with foil on top.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 (depends on oven) for 1 hour or until tender.
