Chili Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cube butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jack cheese, shredded
1 (7 oz.) can diced chiles (hot or mild)
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all the ingredients together, including the melted butter.
Pour into pan.
If baking immediately, bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 35 minutes or until set.
