Missy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
    1 (16 oz.) commercial sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except crumbs.
    Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
