Cheese Pastry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold butter
    3 oz. cold cream cheese
    1 c. flour
    filling (jam or marmalade, your choice)
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese and butter into flour until very fine.
    Roll into a ball and chill for two hours.
    Roll dough out on floured board.
    Cut into 3-inch circles.
    Put 1/2 teaspoon filling of your choice in the middle of each circle.
    Dip fingertip in water and wet edge of circle.
    Fold circle in half and seal edge with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
