Karen'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts in salted water. Boil for 30 to 40 minutes, then remove from water and break into pieces. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken with chicken breasts and put in casserole dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Break up crackers and put on top. Bake another 5 minutes.
