Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. Minute rice
    1 medium zucchini
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 large tomato
    basil leaves
    brown sugar
Preparation
    In a medium casserole dish, put butter in the bottom (just spread it with a paper towel or spatula.)
    Slice zucchini, do not peel, in thin slices.
    Slice the green pepper, onion and tomato. Put the 1/4 cup rice in the bottom of the casserole dish.
    Layer the vegetables, sprinkle the top with sweet basil and brown sugar. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
