Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. mashed potato flakes
2 eggs
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
One hour before the meal, put in oven with meat.
Will puff up and brown.
Can be made in the morning and refrigerated until ready to use.
