Georgia Pecan Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter well.
    Stir in vanilla, pecans, sugar and flour. Knead well.
    Mold dough into pencil size pieces.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1/2-inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until light brown.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
