Raspberry Walnut Chicken Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bite sized pieces cooked chicken
    3/4 c. mayo (fat-free)
    1/4 c. Cains (fat-free) raspberry vinaigrette
    1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely broken
    3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. red grapes, sliced in half (optional)
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery and walnuts together.
    Add salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, mix mayo and vinaigrette well.
    Add mayo mixture to chicken and blend.
    Serve on crusty French bread or on a bed of lettuce.
