Hard Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. oil flavoring
1 c. water
food coloring
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar, water and syrup; cook on high at 300\u00b0 or until hard crack stage.
Take off heat and add coloring and flavoring.
Pour onto marble slab and foil.
Cool lightly and cut with sharp knife to make pieces.
Cool to warm.
Break into pieces and coat with powdered sugar.
