Cauliflower Or Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chicken broth
    1 small onion, cut fine
    2 medium heads cauliflower or 2 bunches broccoli
    10 Tbsp. oleo
    10 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower or broccoli into small pieces and cook for 45 minutes with onion in chicken broth.
    Make a white sauce on stove with oleo, flour and milk; cook until thickened.
    Add to cauliflower or broccoli and bring to a boil.
    Add half and half and bring to a boil.
    Ready to eat!
