Bruschetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices (1 inch thick) Italian or French bread
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. olive oil, divided use
3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine garlic and 4 Tbsp. olive oil in a small bowl. Let stand several hours to flavor the oil. Strain oil, saving garlic pieces.
