Crunchies(A Recipe From South Africa; Serves 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. oleo
1 Tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. uncooked oats
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Melt together first 4 ingredients.
Add (already mixed together) the remaining ingredients.
Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut while hot (immediately) into squares and put back in oven (switched off) for about 10 minutes.
Use 7 x 11-inch pan.
