Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can cut green beans, drained
    1 lb. or 15 oz. cut wax beans, drained
    1 lb. or 15 oz. garbanzo or chickpeas, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart bowl.
    Toss lightly. Cover and chill overnight.
    Drain before serving.
    Serves 8.
