Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked and peeled potatoes, diced
    1 lb. processed cheese, diced
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. partially fried bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bacon and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with
    bacon
    pieces and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0, uncovered.\tDo not overbake as it tends to separate.
