Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. diced cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, add flour and butter. Cook until butter melts. Stir constantly, about 1 minute. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk and stir until it starts to thicken. Add milk until desired thickness. Then add cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
