Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into strips
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 c. celery
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown steak (cut into strips) in butter.
    Simmer until tender. Add mushrooms, chopped onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste. Add water.
    Thicken with flour paste to desired consistency.
    Stir in sour cream and horseradish.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
