Ingredients

1 (No. 1) tall can apricot halves
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Arrange drained apricot halves in a pie plate.
Spoon the combined butter, sugar and curry powder over them.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
This is delicious served with a chicken dish.
