Chocolate Cherry Fudge Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fudge cake mix
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Using solid shortening or margarine (not oil), grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan or 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine ingredients.
    By hand, stir until well mixed.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 20-30 minutes (for jelly roll pan) or 25-30 min. for 13x9-inch pan or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
