Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter, softened
8 c. flour
4 c. sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Rub butter into flour.
Mix sugar in well.
Add eggs.
Work until well mixed.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
Place on cookie sheet and coat with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
