Hamburger Florentine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Partially fry ground beef and pour off fat.
    Brown meat with onion and garlic.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place thawed spinach in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add mushrooms and meat.
    Mix soup, sour cream and rice; spread over meat.
    Top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
