Whipped Cream Fruit Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream
    1/4 c. honey
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. individual graham cracker tart shells
    1/4 medium honeydew melon
    1/2 small cantaloupe
    2 strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
    3 Tbsp. currant jelly, melted
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, with mixer on high, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
    Slowly add honey. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Fill each tart shell 3/4 full with whipped cream mixture. With melon baller, scoop out honeydew and cantaloupe into balls. Decorate tops of tarts with melon balls and cut strawberries.
    Brush with currant jelly to glaze.
    Serve immediately.
