Plum Cake(Apple Or Peach Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Italian prune plums (30 to 40), cut in half and seeded
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in soft margarine.
Combine egg and milk and add to dry ingredients. Mix to soft dough.
Spread in greased 13 x9-inch Pyrex pan.
