Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6.5 oz.) cans clams, chopped or minced
    8 (14.5 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    8 large potatoes
    2 large onions
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. cayenne
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free garlic and herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and onions.
    Cook together with 2 teaspoons salt until done.
    Drain and reserve water.
    Combine melted butter and flour.
