Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 jigger whiskey
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    about 1 to 1 1/4 lb. flank steak
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients, mixing well and pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain meat and broil steak to desired doneness.
    Slice across grain in thin slices. Store remaining marinade for future use.
