Danish Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. instant blend dry yeast
1/2 c. very warm water
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold oleo
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. and 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water (115\u00b0).
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; mix well.
Cut in cold oleo until mixture is the consistency of corn meal.
By hand, stir in yeast, egg yolks and milk to form soft dough.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Divide dough (next day) into halves.
Roll on floured board to a 9 x 14-inch rectangle.
Spread with filling made by combining butter, sugar and coconut.
Roll in jelly roll fashion, then cut evenly.
Place on a greased baking sheet to rise.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
Repeat with remainder of dough, but use 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
Mix together for filling.
