Yogurt Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 Tbsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, lemon juice, soy sauce, coriander, curry powder and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart rectangular baking dish.
    Turn chicken breasts in sauce to coat all sides.
    Cover and marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
