Mostaccioli Al Forno - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
3 c. (8 oz.) mostaccioli
3 c. (30 oz. jar) sauce or make your favorite tomato sauce recipe
Preparation

In large bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese, 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
