Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium size Irish potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done; mash.
    Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, butter and chives.
    Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Dot with additional butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Can be frozen.
    Serves 8 to 10.
