Mom'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 jar chili sauce
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Brown chicken in butter after mixing all dry ingredients.
    (You can save dry mixture in a Ziploc bag and store in freezer to use again.)
    Remove chicken; place on towels to drain off excess butter.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Melt cheese.
    Add 1 heaping spoonful of chili sauce and more cheese.
    Bake until golden brown in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
