Monterey Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine rice, sour cream, milk, salt, green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese; sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
